Incline Village Fall 2022 Activities
There are many reasons to choose Incline Village, Nevada when searching for a community that will improve your quality of life. Many are drawn to the tax benefits of living in Nevada. In addition to no state income tax, and no retirement income tax at the state level, property taxes too, are lower than most areas.
Belonging to a community overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe, and tucked within the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains also offers outdoor recreation that is unparalleled. Its private beaches ensure your summer water sport activities are not overwhelmed by the many tourists who visit Lake Tahoe.
Whether golfing, hiking, biking or cross-country skiing, the numerous amenities available to Incline Village residents have made it a popular choice for buyers.
Additionally, Incline Village offers many programs through the Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID.) No other area of Lake Tahoe comes close to offering the same community oriented recreation programs and facilities.
