New Luxury Development Incline Village
It has been more than two decades since a new condominium complex has broken ground in Incline Village. In the Spring of 2024, the luxurious Nine 47 mountain community will finally begin construction.
Floor plans for these 40 luxury residences include two, three, and four bedroom units, with a few penthouses available. The condominiums will range in size from 1,525 to 4,171 square feet and will have a rooftop deck with wrap-around views of the mountains and lake.
Amenities
In addition to access to Incline Village’s superb homeowner amenities, owners can enjoy direct access elevators, reserved garage parking, pool, and stunning courtyards.
All units have balconies and elevators that offer direct access to the unit. The complex boasts a generously sized rooftop lounge with fire pits and a bbq area, spa, gym, bike barn, and underground parking.

Pricing for these residences will start at $2.8 million and offer mountain modern architecture and sophisticated interior design. Buyers can choose from an assortment of finishing packages that include different mountain chic fixtures and finishes. There are also several floor plans to choose from for the different 2, 3, 4 bedroom and penthouse units.
The long-delayed project is scheduled to break ground on two acres at the corners of Tahoe and Southwood boulevards. The developers also control a three-quarter-acre parcel in Incline Village that’s slated for deed-restricted housing. To address the shortage of affordable housing for locals, this site could have anywhere from four to 40 units.
The construction site originally housed Stanley’s Restaurant and a Chevron gas station that were torn down years ago. It is rare to find developable land anywhere in Lake Tahoe, but to find a 2 acre parcel near beautiful Lake Tahoe was truly a boon for the owners.
In December 2023, SMC Construction out of Reno was chosen to build out this project. The residences are available on a pre-sale basis. Contact me today for more information.
