Incline Village Amenities and IVGID
Welcome to beautiful Incline Village! One of our area's greatest homeownership benefits is the opportunity to enjoy incredible amenities through IVGID membership. The Incline Village General Improvement District assesses every parcel and dwelling with a Recreation Facility Fee. This makes you eligible to receive a combination of IVGID Picture Passes and Recreation Punch Cards for amenity access.
Homeowners pay for annual access to recreational amenities on their Washoe County tax bill. Pass holders pay reduced fees on all IVGID facilities, and can add up to 5 additional passes at one-fifth of the Recreational Facility fee. With a state of the art Recreation Center, access to golf courses and private beaches, Incline Village is known for its wonderful amenities.
Private Beach Access
IVGID manages four restricted-access beaches within Incline Village for use only with IVGID Picture Pass and Recreation Punch Card holders and their guests. This means homeowners can enjoy access to a beach uncrowded with tourists.
The four IVGID-managed beaches include: Ski Beach, Incline Beach, Burnt Cedar Beach, and Hermit Beach. These beaches are located on Lakeshore Drive between the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and State Route 28.
Visitors and tourists to Incline Village access other beaches that are not restricted. These beaches include: Sand Harbor, the Kings Beach Recreation Area, North Lake Tahoe Beach Center, Agatam Beach and Patton Beach.

Recreation Center
Visitors and homeowners alike can get access to Incline Village’s premier fitness and recreation center. This 37,000 square foot facility offers a range of memberships along with fitness equipment, classes and special events.
The Recreation Center offers 42 weekly group and water fitness classes. Classes include Cardio Cycle, Yoga, Zumba, Cardio/Strength, HIIT, Strength Conditioning, Flexibility/ Balance/Core, TRX Blast, 55+ Fitness and Yoga, plus Liquid Cardio and Combo (deep & shallow water workout). Fairy Tale Ballet
Fridays April 29th, 2022 - June 3rd, 2022
Time: 3:30pm – 4:15pm
Dancers ages 3-5 years old will learn ballet fundamentals while reenacting their favorite fairytales. This engaging program is led by Ms. Brittnee who has a BA in Dance Production and Stage Management. Ballet shoes and apparel are recommended. For more information, Click Here.

Kids Jazz | Hip Hop
Dates: Fridays, April 29 - June 3
Times: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Dancers are taught warm-up, flexibility, isolation methods, and simple jazz and hip-hop movement to energetic and upbeat music. Emphasis is placed on rhythm, basic technique, movement combinations, locomotor skills, and coordination within an atmosphere of joyful creativity! This engaging program is taught by Ms. Brittnee who has a BA in Dance Production and Stage Management. Jazz shoes or ballet flats are recommended along with comfortable workout wear.
