Incline Village 3rd Quarter 2021 Market Report


Incline Village finished the 3rd Quarter of 2021 with median home prices up 40% YTD compared to last year. Homes are also selling faster, listed for only 32 days on the market, compared to 54 days last year. The median price for all homes in Incline Village rose to $2.5 million, with 35% of all homes sales between $2 million and $5 million.

Incline Village lakefronts showed a median price increase of 179% year over year! In 2020, the median price was $9.1 million compared to $25.3 million in 2021.

Inventory Lower in 2021

However, like other areas around Lake Tahoe, sales volume was down 29% because of a lack of inventory. When you compare 2020 to 2021, 250 homes sold between January and October. In 2021, it dropped to only 183 homes sold. This is still higher than 2019, which had only 170 homes sold in Incline Village.
