Incline Village
Incline Village is an area of North Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. Because of the great tax benefits of living in Nevada, it is a popular area for the elite, boasting many prestigious and exquisite lakefront homes. Named for the Great Incline Tramway of 1878 built by loggers, its neighborhoods are truly part of a rising mountain that separates Lake Tahoe from Reno with outstanding views of the lake. Its eastern shore is popular because of the white sand beach parks and boulders. Incline Village is the home of the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival at Sand Harbor, and the famous Flume Trail which travels high above the lake into the village, perfect for mountain biking. This community has many amenities and beach areas that make it an outstanding choice for your primary or secondary home.
