Meet Steve & Christine Perry—a powerhouse husband-and-wife duo with over 30 years of experience and success in Silicon Valley Real Estate. The team co-founded one of the largest independent real estate companies—Christie’s Sereno—and quickly became a reliable and trusted team in the Bay Area, with an acumen for unparalleled client service, high-volume sales, and swift negotiation. Although Los Gatos is their home base, Christine represents another highly coveted region — Lake Tahoe.

In their spare time, you’ll find the Perrys soaking up family time with their 3 kids or staying active. Steve’s daughter Allie graduated from Menlo College and now resides in Incline Village with her 2 kids. Their son, Michael, graduated from Santa Clara University in 2022, and stays busy with a job in sales at Cisco and with his brand, ‘Navigating your 20’s,’ which he founded this year. Their daughter, Mia, also graduated from Santa Clara University in 2024 and now leads the Marketing efforts for the team. The family isn’t complete without Cash: their adorable 6-year-old Coton de Tulear dog.
Christine loves to hike and take pilates classes, while Steve can usually be found rooting on his favorite sports teams or playing golf in his free time. The couple made Tahoe their official home away from home in 2012, with the purchase of their Incline Village residence.

Introducing Mia! We’re incredibly proud and excited to have our daughter working with us. Mia graduated from Santa Clara University last June with a degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing, and she brings a fresh, creative perspective to everything she touches. With a natural flair for storytelling, branding, and all things social, she helps with marketing and client care. Mia is currently working toward getting her California real estate license as she explores the next steps in her career journey. In the meantime, she assists with showings, open houses, and even joins Christine in Tahoe when help is needed. Her intuition, outgoing personality, and her young energy make her fun to work with. We love having her on the team!

Introducing Tanya Syvyryn! Originally from Ukraine, Tanya brings a strong background in Business and Marketing with a sharp eye for detail to our team. She graduated from SFSU with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing. Her early real estate career includes helping launch and lease two luxury mid-rise communities in Santana Row and later trained realtors at one of the largest brokerages in the U.S., helping them grow their business through smart technology. Tanya’s calm presence, strategic mindset, and love for all things real estate (and yoga) make her the perfect fit for our team! She is licensed in CA and is our new Sales & Operations Manager!
